You can ask us to delete your personal data from Grower CRM at any time. This page explains how, depending on your situation. We handle every request within 30 days at most and confirm by email once it is done.
If your business uses Grower CRM
From the application, right away
- Your account: under Configuración → Tu cuenta (Settings → Your account), with your password. If you are the only owner of a business, first make someone else an owner under Configuración → Equipo (Settings → Team), or request the business’s closure as described below.
- A contact: the business owner deletes it from the contact panel, together with its conversations, messages, attachments, tasks, appointments and form submissions.
The whole business, or if you prefer to ask
- Email soporte@growercrm.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete data”.
- Tell us the business name and whether you want to delete the whole business (conversations, contacts, pipeline, attachments, settings and connected channels) or only your personal account.
- Deleting a business must be requested by its owner. We immediately disconnect its channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email), delete its data and confirm.
If you connected WhatsApp through Facebook
Besides emailing us, you can remove Grower CRM’s access to your WhatsApp Business account from Meta: on Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select Grower CRM and remove it. That cuts off access to your messages from that moment; to delete the data we already store, email us as described above.
If you are a contact of a business that uses Grower CRM
If you messaged a business on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email or a form, that business decides about your data. Ask the business for deletion. If it does not respond, email soporte@growercrm.com with the business name and your phone number or email address, and we will handle the request with them.
To stop receiving a business’s marketing emails you do not need to write: use the unsubscribe link included in every email.
What is deleted and what is not
- We delete messages, contacts, attachments, appointments, tasks, settings and the credentials of connected channels.
- We may keep the minimum required by law (for example, billing records). If you unsubscribed from a business’s marketing, your email bounced or you filed a complaint, we keep that address (only the address) so we never write to you again.
- Backups may contain the data during their normal rotation cycle, after which it is gone.
- Messages already delivered to another person’s WhatsApp stay on their phone: we cannot delete them.
